目的对市场上常用5种平板计数琼脂(PCA)分析比较研究。方法对5种常见PCA的理化指标、微生物指标以及25种实际样品菌落总数结果进行比较分析。结果 5种PCA培养基外观相似,可溶于水,BD和OXOID 2种品牌PCA能迅速并完全溶解于水,2种水分含量高于其他3种品牌的水分含量。质控菌株在5种PCA上呈现不同的生长优势,生长率PR>0.7,实际样品检测结果差异可接受。结论 5种PCA培养基的理化和微生物指标全部符合国家标准,且各有特点,实际检测中可根据工作需要进行选择。
Objective To compare and analyze the five commonly used plate counting agar (PCA) in the market. Methods The physical and chemical indexes, microbial indexes and the results of 25 kinds of real samples of five common PCA were compared and analyzed. Results The appearances of five kinds of PCA medium were similar and soluble in water. The PCA of BD and OXOID were rapidly and completely dissolved in water, and the content of the two kinds of moisture was higher than that of the other three brands. The quality control strains showed different growth advantages on the five kinds of PCA, the growth rate of PR> 0.7, the actual sample test results were acceptable. Conclusion The physical, chemical and microbiological indexes of the five kinds of PCA medium all meet the national standards, and each has its own characteristics. In the actual test, it can be selected according to the work needs.
