教学反思是指为了实现有效教学,教师对已经发生的教学活动和教学问题进行思考,对存在问题寻求多种方法来解决的过程。教学反思是教师对自己教学的反省和观察,一方面是把教学中的特殊事件或现象与该对象所属的整体联系起来,使这一现象在教学整体中得到重新解释;另一方面是教师凭借教学中发生的教学事件及其结果,对自己的思想境界、心灵历程、情感世界、理论体系、操作策略等进行透视和反省。
