2001年2月,《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》颁布,标志着我国新一轮基础教育课程改革全面启动。这次改革不是对课程内容的简单调整,不是新旧教材的替换,而是一次以课程为核心的波及整个教育领域乃至全社会的系统改革,是一场课程文化的革新,是教育观念与价值的转变,涉及课程的理念、目标、方法、管理、评价等方面。经过十多年的系统推进,课程改革逐步完成了从“普及先进观念——改革教学行为——优化教育质态”
February 2001, “Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)” promulgated, marking a new round of basic education curriculum reform in our country started. This reform is not a simple adjustment of the content of the course, not a replacement of the old and the new teaching materials, but a systematic reform that affects the whole education field and even the whole society with the curriculum as the core. It is a reform of the curriculum culture and is an education concept and value Change, involving the concept of the course, goals, methods, management, evaluation and so on.
