发展循环经济是实现产业发展的必由之路,建设生态化产业集群又是世界各国推进循环经济发展的重要手段,是提高资源利用率、降低环境污染、保护生态环境的最佳运作形式。本文以循环经济理论为基础,以生态学建设为视角,分析和讨论石家庄医药产业集群发展问题,研究石家庄医药产业集群的建设模式问题,旨在建设石家庄态化的医药产业集群。
The development of recycling economy is the only way to achieve industrial development. The construction of ecological industrial clusters is an important means for promoting the development of circular economy in all countries in the world. It is the best mode of operation for improving resource utilization rate, reducing environmental pollution and protecting ecological environment. Based on the theory of circular economy and ecological construction, this paper analyzes and discusses the development of Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Industry Cluster, studies the construction mode of Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Industry Cluster, and aims to build the Shijiazhuang-oriented Pharmaceutical Industry Cluster.
