Nagasaki氏最早报导当雄性小鼠饲以24星期的粗制六氯化苯(BHG)后产生肝瘤,并发现只有α-异构体有此作用。为了证实以上结果,进行了以下实验。
Nagasaki’s earliest report showed that when male mice were fed with 24-week-old crude benzene hexahydrochloride (BHG), they developed hepatoma and found that only the α-isomer had this effect. In order to confirm the above result, the following experiment was carried out.
