正当我们全院同志热烈响应以华国锋同志为首的党中央的号召,认真学习马克思主义、列宁主义、毛泽东思想,努力做好各项工作,把对伟大领袖毛主席的无限崇敬和深切哀思化为继承毛主席遗志的实际行动的时候,传来了中央关于建立伟大的领袖和导师毛泽东主席纪念堂和关于出版《毛泽东选集》和筹备出版《毛泽东全集》的两项重要决定。全院干部战士心情无比激动,一遍又一遍地学习讨论,受到了极大的教育和鼓舞。一致认为,达两项英明决定,说出了我们的心里话,充分表达了全党、全军、全国各族人民对毛主席无比崇敬、无限怀念的共同心愿,充分说明了以华国锋同志为首的党中央和我们亿万工农兵心连着心。
