４０岁以下各类型青光眼患者６０例（７０只眼），随机分为实验组（尿激酶与５－氟脲嘧啶用药组）和对照组各３０例。行青光眼滤过术后第１～３天于滤区结膜下每日注射尿激酶１０００ｕ，术后第４～８天每日注射５－氟脲嘧啶５ｍｇ，随访观察１．５～２年，平均２０个月。结果表明：手术成功率实验组为８８．８９％，对照组为６１．７６％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。功能性滤过泡实验组为９４．４４％，对照组为５２．９４％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
60 patients (70 eyes) with various types of glaucoma under 40 years of age were randomly divided into experimental group (urokinase and 5-fluorouracil) and control group (n = 30). After glaucoma filtration 1 to 3 days in the filter subconjunctival daily injection of urokinase 1000u 4 to 8 days after the daily injection of 5-fluorouracil 5mg, followed up for 1.5 to 2 years, the average 20 months. The results showed that the success rate of operation was 88.89% in the experimental group and 61.76% in the control group (P <0.01). Functional bleb was 94.44% in the experimental group and 52.94% in the control group (P <0.01).
