本文以提升品牌忠诚度的思考为研究对象,首先介绍了品牌忠诚度的价值,包括为企业持续提供利润,吸引新顾客,减缓市场竞争威胁;接着列举了提升消费者对品牌忠诚程度的要素,包括提升消费者满意程度,加强消费者信任度,提升品牌的核心竞争力;文章的最后重点讨论了提高品牌忠诚度的策略,包括提高产品性价比,维持顾客满足感,加强沟通与反馈。希望可以为本课题的研究提供一定有价值的参考意见。
This article takes the thinking of promoting brand loyalty as the research object, first introduced the value of brand loyalty, including providing continuous profits for enterprises, attracting new customers and mitigating the threat of market competition; Then listed the factors that enhance consumers’ brand loyalty, Including enhancing consumer satisfaction, enhancing consumer trust and enhancing brand competitiveness. Finally, the article focuses on strategies for improving brand loyalty, including improving product cost performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and enhancing communication and feedback.
