基于SYSWELD有限元分析软件,预测了不同离焦量下CO2激光焊接汽车双联齿轮的温度场及残余应力的分布,并对模拟结果进行了分析。数值模拟时,考虑材料热物理性能与温度的非线性关系,以及相变潜热对温度场的影响。将模拟结果与前人的相关研究结果进行了比较,验证了热源模型和网格模型的合理性,模拟结果基本可信。
Based on SYSWELD finite element analysis software, the temperature field and residual stress distribution of CO2 laser welding double gear of different CO2 laser are predicted. The simulation results are also analyzed. In numerical simulation, the nonlinear relationship between the thermophysical properties of the material and the temperature and the influence of the latent heat of phase transformation on the temperature field are considered. The simulation results are compared with those of predecessors, and the rationality of the heat source model and the grid model are verified. The simulation results are basically credible.
