本文主要研究的磷酸镁水泥秸秆试件是通过将重烧Mg O、磷酸二氢钾、粉煤灰以及一定量的硼砂做缓凝剂,并掺入水稻秸秆进行了力学性能测试。通过研究秸秆尺寸及掺量对其缓凝时间的影响以及抗压抗折强度的影响。其中配合比为镁磷比为4:1,粉煤灰为30%,水灰比为0.20,硼砂为10%,秸秆长度为15mm,掺量为2%时,7d强度可达到54.78MPa凝结时间为18.44min,可满足施工需求,为了更好地探讨秸秆对试件力学性能的增强作用,我们还加入了同样配合比但不掺秸秆的磷酸镁水泥试件进行对比,发现不掺秸秆的样品7d强度为46.64MPa。
In this paper, magnesium phosphate cement straw samples are tested by mechanical properties of MgO, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, fly ash and a certain amount of borax as retarder, and incorporated into rice straw. By studying the effect of straw size and content on the retarding time and the compressive and flexural strength, The mixing ratio is 4: 1, the fly ash is 30%, the water-cement ratio is 0.20, the borax is 10%, the length of the straw is 15mm, and the content of 2%, the strength of 7d can reach 54.78MPa setting time 18.44min, to meet the construction needs, in order to better explore the straw on the mechanical properties of the enhanced role, we also joined the same mix but without straw phosphate cement samples were compared, and found no straw samples 7d strength of 46.64MPa.
