Since China’s accession to the WTO, international business activities have become more frequent and involve many fields such as technology import, foreign trade, investment promotion, foreign labor contracting and contracting, international finance, foreign-related insurance, international tourism, overseas investment, and international transportation. In these fields, the English used is collectively referred to as Business English. It has become an indispensable language communication tool in the world economic activities. This article mainly discusses translation in foreign-related commercial contracts. A foreign-related business contract is an agreement between a Chinese domestic company or other economic organization and a foreign company, economic organization, or individual to achieve a certain economic goal.
