党的十八大报告指出,全面建成小康社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴,必须推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮。社会主义新农村建设已经不再是单方面的经济问题,同时还要注意先进文化的建设,而这正是目前农村先进文化发展之后以及文化作用能够得出的结论。通过各种各样的形式在农村范围内广泛地传播先进文化内容,就能够培养出无数先进的新农民,为社会主义新农村建设营造良好的文化氛围。因此,本文首先分析了新农村文化建设所具备的理论与现实意义,然后具体阐述社会主义新农村建设中文化建设的主要途径,希望能够加强社会主义新农村建设的全面发展。
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress pointed out: To comprehensively build a well-off society and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must promote the great prosperity and development of the socialist culture and the new upsurge in the socialist cultural construction. The construction of a new socialist countryside is no longer a unilateral economic issue, but must also pay attention to the construction of advanced culture. This is precisely the conclusion that can be drawn after the development of advanced rural culture and culture at present. Through a wide range of forms of dissemination of advanced cultural contents within the rural areas, innumerable advanced new peasants can be cultivated and a good cultural atmosphere for building a new socialist countryside can be created. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of cultural construction in new rural areas, and then elaborates on the main ways of cultural construction in the construction of new socialist rural areas in the hope of strengthening the all-round development of socialist new rural construction.
