目的:观察绞股蓝总苷镇咳祛痰作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法:采用豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法、小鼠酚红排泌试验法观察镇咳祛痰作用,采用碳粒廓清法观察对非特异性免疫功能的影响。结果:结果显示绞股蓝总苷对豚鼠枸橼酸引咳具有显著的对抗作用,并有显著的促进小鼠酚红排泌作用;还能显著地增加碳粒廓清指数K及吞噬指数α,增加胸腺和脾脏的重量。结论:绞股蓝总苷具有一定的镇咳祛痰和免疫增强作用。
Objective: To observe the antitussive and expectorant effect of gypenosides and its influence on immune function. Methods: Guinea pig citrulline cough-inducing method and mouse phenol red excretion test were used to observe the antitussive and expectorant effect. The effect of non-specific immune function was observed by carbon particle clearance method. Results: The results showed that gypenosides had a significant antagonistic effect on citric acid induced cough in guinea pigs and had a significant effect on promoting phenol red excretion in mice. It also significantly increased carbon clearance index K and phagocytic index α, and increased thymus And the weight of the spleen. Conclusion: Gypenosides can relieve phlegm and enhance immunity.
