目的分析优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用及效果。方法选取我院2015年1月-2016年1月收治的600例小儿肺炎患儿进行分析研究,随机分为对照组与观察组两组各300例,对照组患儿仅实施常规护理;观察组患儿给予优质护理服务。结果对照组患儿的体温恢复时间、憋喘缓解时间以及平均住院时间明显比观察组时间长,具有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论采用优质护理的护理模式在小儿肺炎患者护理中效果更好,使患者身心能够得到更优质的服务,在临床上具有一定的推广价值。
Objective To analyze the application and effect of quality nursing in pediatric pneumonia nursing. Methods A total of 600 cases of pediatric pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (control group and observation group), 300 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing only. The observation group Children give good care services. Results The recovery time of body temperature, the time of remission and the average length of hospital stay in control group were significantly longer than those in observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion The nursing model with high-quality nursing is more effective in the care of children with pneumonia, so that patients can obtain better services in body and mind, which has certain promotion value in clinic.
