中、高职衔接教育是当前职业教育改革的重要课题。由于中、高职在人才培养和教学等方面本应该衔接的环节没有对接好,于是,中、高职都出现了各自不同的发展瓶颈。对中、高职衔接教育国外有成功的经验,国内也一直在积极探索。近几年来江苏省开展中、高职衔接教育的试点工作,旨在解决目前中、高职教育发展的瓶颈问题,实现中、高职教育在更高层次上的衔接。针对中、高职衔接教育存在的主要问题,应进一步深化培养目标、课程体系、教学实践、教学管理等方面的衔接。
Secondary and Higher Vocational Education is the current occupation education reform an important issue. As middle and higher vocational education and personnel training and other aspects of the link should not have a good connection, so, have emerged in different vocational development bottleneck. The successful experience of the overseas and Chinese higher vocational education has been actively explored domestically. In recent years, Jiangsu Province to carry out pilot education work in higher vocational education, aimed at solving the bottleneck in the current development of higher vocational education, to achieve higher vocational education at a higher level of convergence. Aiming at the major problems in the cohesion education between China and the higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to further deepen the convergence of training objectives, curriculum system, teaching practice and teaching management.
