按照ODS特别工作组拟定的工作目标,采用HEP—2和HT——1与原使用的CFC—113对真空开关管常用的7种零件和部件进行清洗对比试验。检测分析结果表明,HEP—2清洗效果优于CFC—113和HT—1。采用HEP—2清洗的波纹管(真空开管的结构件)进行了耐腐蚀性和机械寿命试验,其结果与价CFC—113无明显差异。采有HEP—2清洗的真空开关管零、部件进行了整管试验,其参数合格并按规定通过了型式试验。各项试验表明,HEP—2基本上可以作为目前CFC—113的主要替
According to the work target set by the ODS task force, the HEP-2 and HT-1 were compared with the originally used CFC-113 to clean the seven kinds of parts and components commonly used in vacuum interrupters. The test results show that the cleaning effect of HEP-2 is better than that of CFC-113 and HT-1. Corrosion resistance and mechanical life tests were carried out on corrugated pipes (structural parts of vacuum tubes) cleaned with HEP-2 and the results were not significantly different from those of CFC-113. With HEP-2 cleaning vacuum switch zero, the whole part of the pipe test, the parameters passed and in accordance with the provisions of the type test. Various experiments show that HEP-2 can basically serve as the main substitute for CFC-113
