研究硅对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长代谢的影响 ,结果表明 :在 Si浓度从 1.0 m mol/ L到 2 .5 m mol/ L范围内 ,Si能提高玉米种子萌发过程中淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性 ,促进呼吸代谢 ,提高种子发芽率和增加单株鲜重。在幼苗生长阶段 ,Si能增加叶绿素含量 ,提高光合强度 ,增强根系活力和硝酸还原酶活力 ,降低蒸腾强度 ,提高蒸腾比率、叶含水量。玉米苗吸收硅后 ,营养代谢改善 ,生长速度加快
The effects of silicon on the seed germination and seedling growth and metabolism of maize were studied. The results showed that Si could increase the activity of amylase, protease and lipase during the seed germination process at a Si concentration ranging from 1.0 m mol / L to 2.5 m mol / L Enzyme activity, promote respiratory metabolism, improve seed germination rate and increase fresh weight per plant. In the seedling growth stage, Si could increase chlorophyll content, increase photosynthetic intensity, increase root activity and nitrate reductase activity, lower transpiration intensity, increase transpiration rate and leaf water content. After the corn seedlings absorb silicon, the nutrition and metabolism are improved and the growth speed is accelerated
