背景:国内外研究鱼油对血脂水平的影响报道不一,目前国内有关此方面的研究多以大鼠作为动物模型。目的:研究膳食鱼油对高脂血症金黄地鼠血脂水平的影响。设计:随机对照研究。单位:一所大学教学医院的实验动物中心。材料:实验于2001-06/2001-12在南京总医院动物实验中心完成。选择体质量为70~90g的雄性金黄地鼠40只(购于上海动物实验中心),随机分为4组,即对照组,0.5mL,0.8mL和1.2mL鱼油组,每组10只。方法:建立高脂血症金黄地鼠动物模型,对照组予以生理盐水1mL/d,0.5mL,0.8mL和1.2mL鱼油组分别予以不同量鱼油(0.5mL/d、0.8mL/d和1.2mL/d)喂饲,观察其对血脂水平的影响。结果:0.8mL鱼油组和1.2mL鱼油组三酰甘油水平分别为犤(3.91±2.32),(6.22±3.81)mmol/L犦,比对照组犤(9.02±3.90)mmol/L犦明显降低(t=3.46,P<0.01和t=2.65,P<0.05);0.8mL鱼油组三酰甘油水平与0.5mL鱼油组犤(8.14±3.84)mmol/L犦相比,差异有显著性意义(t=2.92,P<0.05)。各组高密度脂蛋白均未见差异有显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:膳食鱼油具有降低血三酰甘油作用,其中以进食中等量鱼油组效果最佳;而未见其具有降低胆固醇及升高高密度脂蛋白的作用。
BACKGROUND: Domestic and international studies on the effects of fish oil on blood lipid levels vary. At present, most studies in this area regard rats as animal models. Objective: To study the effects of dietary fish oil on blood lipid levels in hypercholesterolemia rats. Design: Randomized controlled study. Unit: a laboratory animal center of university teaching hospital. MATERIALS: Experiments were performed at the Animal Experimental Center of Nanjing General Hospital from June 2001 to December 2001. Forty male hamsters weighing 70-90 g (purchased from Shanghai Animal Experiment Center) were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, 0.5 mL, 0.8 mL and 1.2 mL fish oil group, with 10 rats in each group. Methods: The animal model of hyperlipemia was established. The rats in the control group were treated with different doses of fish oil (0.5mL / d, 0.8mL / d and 1.2mL / d) feeding, observe the impact on blood lipid levels. Results: The triglyceride levels of 0.8 mL fish oil and 1.2 mL fish oil were significantly lower than those of the control group (3.91 ± 2.32 and 6.22 ± 3.81 mmol / L 犦, respectively) (9.02 ± 3.90 mmol / L ( (t = 3.46, P <0.01 and t = 2.65, P <0.05). Compared with 0.5 mL fish oil group, the triglyceride level of 0.8 mL fish oil group was significantly lower than that of the fish oil group (8.14 ± 3.84 mmol / L t = 2.92, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in HDL among all groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Dietary fish oil has the effect of lowering blood triglyceride, and the best effect is obtained by eating medium oil fish oil group. However, it has no effect of lowering cholesterol and increasing high density lipoprotein.
