国家发改委近期批准武汉地区和湖南长株潭地区进行资源节约型和环境友好型社会的建设试点。目前,试点还在集各方智慧、一步步推进。就此,笔者结合我国现实谈几点体会。
National Development and Reform Commission recently approved the Wuhan area and Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan areas for resource-saving and environment-friendly society construction pilot. At present, the pilot is still gathering intelligence from all walks of life and pushing forward step by step. In this connection, I will talk about the reality of our country a few experiences.
