改革开放以来,我国大力发展经济,产业结构也随着经济的发展产生了相应的调整。几十年以来,国家大力发展第二产业,进行工业建设,但是忽视了第三产业即广义上的服务业的发展,造成了产业结构的不合理,因此,国家开始有意识的进行产业结构的优化改革,电子商务领域将成为我国新的经济和就业增长点,但是,作为电子商务领域中很重要的网络创业就业人员的社会保障制度还未建立,所以我们应该对这一人群的社会保障问题予以重点的关注,建立适合他们的社会保障制度,起到促进网络创业就业的作用。本文通过与美国网络创业人员社会保障体系相比较,对我国网络传也人员社会保障的建立提出对策。

Therefore, the state has begun to consciously carry out industrial structure optimization The reform and e-commerce fields will become the new economic and employment growth point in our country. However, the social security system, which is a very important network entrepreneurial and employment worker in the field of e-commerce, has not yet been established. Therefore, we should give social protection issues for this group of people Focus on the establishment of appropriate social security system for them, play a role in promoting the network of entrepreneurship and employment. By comparing with the social security system of network entrepreneurs in America, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to the establishment of social security system in China.
