目的观察复方邻苯二甲醛消毒剂对遗体表面的消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和遗体现场消毒试验对该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒剂的实验室杀菌效果和现场消毒效果进行了检测,同时与75%酒精作比较。结果用含邻苯二甲醛17 mg/L的该复方消毒剂作用3 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭率均达到100%;对白色念珠菌杀灭率达到100%需要作用5 min。用相同浓度的该消毒剂对遗体表面作擦拭消毒并作用3min,对自然菌平均杀灭率达96.14%,用75%酒精以同样方式作擦拭消毒,对自然菌平均杀灭率为71.15%。结论该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒剂对细菌繁殖体具有快速杀灭作用,对遗体表面自然菌杀灭效果达到消毒合格要求,且明显优于75%酒精消毒效果。
Objective To observe the effect of compound ortho-phthalaldehyde disinfectants on the surface of the remains. Methods The bactericidal effect of the compound ortho-phthalaldehyde disinfectant and the disinfection effect in the field were tested by the quantitative bactericidal test of suspension and the on-site disinfection of the remains, and compared with 75% alcohol at the same time. Results The killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspensions was 100% with the compound disinfectant containing phthalaldehyde 17 mg / L for 3 min. Conclusion The compound ortho-phthalaldehyde disinfectant has a rapid killing effect on bacterial propagules. The killing effect on the natural bacteria on the surface of the mortar reaches the disinfection qualification requirements, and is obviously better than that of 75% alcohol disinfection.
