20只雄性SD大鼠随机分成二组.用药组(n=10)灌报雷藤氯内酯醇,剂量为每日50μg/kg混悬于1%CMC中.对照组(n=10)灌服等量1%CMC.每周用药6天,灌药6周后雄性大鼠生育力降至零时取材实验.结果表明:与对照组相比,用药组睾酮靶器官睾丸及前列腺的重量,血清睾酮含量及睾丸间质细胞的形态均无明显变化.体外培养雷藤氯内酯醇对睾丸间质细胞产生睾酮的抑制作用不随药物浓度增加而改变.用药组睾丸间质细胞睾酮基础分泌量和HCG刺激后分泌量均明显下降.据此作者认为,抗生育剂量雷藤党内酯醇对大鼠睾丸间质细胞有轻度抑制作用.
Twenty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups. The drug group (n=10) was used to administer Letolactone in a dose of 50 μg/kg per day suspended in 1% CMC. The control group (n=10) was administrated. The same dose of 1% CMC. Weekly medication for 6 days, after 6 weeks of irrigation, the fertility of male rats dropped to zero. The results showed that: Compared with the control group, the testosterone target organ testis and prostate weight, There was no significant change in serum testosterone content and morphology of Leydig cells. Inhibition of testosterone production by testosterone in testicular stromal cells cultured in vitro did not change with increasing concentrations of testosterone. Both HCG-induced and post-stimulation secretions were significantly decreased. According to the author’s opinion, the antifertility dose of rattanolactone has a slight inhibitory effect on rat Leydig cells.
