升旗仪式是学校德育的一个主阵地,一直以来,升旗仪式采用固定程式、固定主持、师生轮流发言的方式进行着。特色中队、品牌中队的创建是我校提高德育工作实效性的创举。为了加强学生的养成教育、特长培育,学校出台了《妙桥小学特色(品牌)中队评比细则》,旨在通过特色的创建,鼓励班主任老师根据学生的特点、教师的特长,选取一个点,进行班级特色的建设。为了展现特色中队风采,我们改版升旗仪式,让升旗中队,成为国旗下的一道风景。
The flag-raising ceremony is one of the main positions in school moral education. All the time, the flag-raising ceremony has taken the form of a fixed program, a fixed moderator, and a teacher-student talk in turn. The creation of distinctive squadron and brand squadron is a pioneering work of our school to improve the effectiveness of moral education. In order to strengthen students’ education and cultivate their specialty, the school promulgated “Rules and Regulations of Miaoxiao Primary School Characteristic (Brand) Squadron”, which aims to encourage teachers to select a point based on the characteristics of students and their specialties, For the construction of class characteristics. In order to showcase the distinctive style of the squadron, we revamped the flag-raising ceremony to raise the flag squadron to become a national flag under a landscape.
