目的 :提高消毒供应室管理的科学性和规范性。方法 :根据ISO90 0 1标准和消毒供应室管理规范建立消毒供应室质量体系 ,实施过程重点做好全员培训和动员 ,严格执行体系文件 ,关注和满足顾客要求 ,做好接口工作 ,加强过程管理和持续改进质量。效果 :实施 5个月后顾客满意率、服务质量、服务效率、工作质量与实施前比较 ,经 χ2 检验或t检验 ,P <0 .0 5或<0 .0 0 1,差异有显著的统计学意义。结论 :消毒供应室管理引入ISO90 0 1标准开拓了管理思路 ,完善了管理方法 ,促进了管理质量的提高。
