继喀什地区之后,伊犁地区为提高各市、县水司主要工种工人的技能水平,适应企业改革上岗、下岗的需要,于98年3月由新疆维吾尔族自治区建设厅教育中心主持,新疆城镇供水协会协办了一期工人技能培训班。主要依据建设部最近颁布的技能标准要求,参用上海、北京已编教材,对水泵运行和管道两个工种近60名人员进行了培训考核,培训人员已全部领取了等级工证书。
After the Kashi region, Yili Prefecture improved the skill level of the workers of the major types of jobs in the water divisions of various cities and counties, and adapted to the needs of enterprises for reforms and laid-offs. It was hosted by the Educational Center of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Construction Department in March 1998. The Xinjiang Water Supply Association Co-organized a training class for workers’ skills. Mainly based on the skills standards recently promulgated by the Ministry of Construction, participating in Shanghai and Beijing have compiled textbooks, and conducted training assessments on nearly 60 workers of the two pump types and pumps. The training personnel have all received a grade certificate.
