目的探讨CD55在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR),免疫组化及Western blot检测CD55在12例胰腺癌及对应癌旁组织中的表达。结果 qRT-PCR结果显示CD55 mRNA在胰腺癌组织中的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);免疫组化染色显示胰腺癌组织中细胞阳性率(100%呈强阳性)明显超过癌旁组织(仅16.7%呈弱阳性)(P<0.05);Western blot检测结果显示在91.7%胰腺癌组织中CD55蛋白的表达量高于癌旁组织。结论 CD55在胰腺癌中相对高表达,对胰腺癌的发生发展可能有重要影响。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD55 in pancreatic cancer and its significance. Methods The expression of CD55 in 12 cases of pancreatic cancer and corresponding paracancerous tissues was detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results The results of qRT-PCR showed that the expression of CD55 mRNA in pancreatic cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.05). Immunohistochemical staining showed that the positive rate (100% positive) (Only 16.7% were weakly positive) (P <0.05). The results of Western blot showed that the expression of CD55 protein in 91.7% of pancreatic cancer tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues. Conclusion The expression of CD55 is relatively high in pancreatic cancer and may play an important role in the development of pancreatic cancer.
