目的:观察灯盏花素对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法:高脂高糖饮食联合链尿佐菌素(STZ)建立T2DM大鼠模型,将成模大鼠随机分为模型组、灯盏花素低、高剂量组(100,200 mg·kg-1·d-1),并设正常对照组。腹腔注射(ip)灯盏花素14 d后,比较各组大鼠的一般状态、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(INS)、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及脂联素(APN)水平,并制作大鼠胰腺组织病理切片。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠糖尿病状态明显,血清FBG,INS,TC,TG及LDL-C水平升高,APN水平降低(P<0.01),胰腺组织病理损害明显;与模型组比较,低、高剂量组大鼠一般状态有所改善,血清FBG,INS,TC,TG及LDL-C水平降低,APN水平升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),胰腺组织病理损害减轻。结论:灯盏花素可能通过改善T2DM大鼠APN低水平状态和胰岛素抵抗来改善糖、脂代谢紊乱。
Objective: To observe the effect of breviscapine on the glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Methods: T2DM rats were induced by high-fat and high-sugar diet combined with streptozotocin (STZ). The rats were randomly divided into model group, low-dose breviscapine group and high dose group (100,200 mg · kg-1 · d- 1), and set the normal control group. After 14 days of intraperitoneal injection of breviscapine, the general state, fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (INS), blood lipid [total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density Lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)] and adiponectin (APN), and rat pancreatic histopathology was made. Results: Compared with the normal group, the diabetic rats in model group had obvious diabetes mellitus, the levels of serum FBG, INS, TC, TG and LDL-C were increased, the level of APN was decreased (P <0.01), and the pathological damage of pancreatic tissue was obvious. Compared with model group The levels of serum FBG, INS, TC, TG and LDL-C were decreased, APN level was increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05), and pathological damage of pancreas was relieved. Conclusion: Breviscapine may improve glucose and lipid metabolism disorder by improving APN low level and insulin resistance in T2DM rats.
