这次召开的产业集群工作会议还有一个内容就是表彰为产业集群做出突出贡献的地方政府。我国纺织产业集群地区的发展,短的几年、长的十几年。这些年来,很多县、镇当地领导为产业集群的发展起到了很大的作用,做出了突出贡献。像虎门镇、张槎镇、马桥镇等地方,很多领导都是主抓经济工作多年,对发展产业集群有着自己独到的见解。而且一个集群之所以能够发展起来,从无到有,从一个企业到几个企业、到连成一片,最后成为当地的支柱产业,使一方百姓富裕起来,他们以及他们的领导团队、几届的领导集体在其中创造条件、帮企业排忧解难,是起了关键作用的。因此,这次中国纺织工业协会以地方产业集群自己推荐为主,表彰一批为产业集群发展做出突出贡献的工作者。当然,这也只是代表。很多做出贡献的领导,岗位都有了转换。协会进行表彰的目的也是为了更好地推动地方产业集群的发展。
