消费文化是消费领域中人们的价值取向、生活方式、风俗习惯等。一个社会主流的消费文化不但影响着人们的消费选择 ,而且制约着一个国家经济的发展。目前 ,我国消费文化的主要特征是消费不足。消费不足已成为制约我国经济持续稳定发展的瓶颈。前一阶段 ,国家刺激消费的政策失去应有的效力。其原因在于有关部门对现阶段我国消费文化的特点了解不够、政策的针对性不强造成的。本文试图从我国消费文化变化特征的分析入手 ,探讨我国消费政策的调整。
Consumer culture is the value orientation of people in the field of consumption, lifestyle, customs and so on. A mainstream consumer culture not only affects people’s consumption choices, but also restricts the development of a country’s economy. At present, the main feature of our consumption culture is the lack of consumption. Consumption has become the bottleneck restricting the sustained and stable development of our economy. In the previous stage, the national stimulus policy loses its due validity. The reason is that the relevant departments do not know enough about the characteristics of China’s consumer culture at this stage, and the policy is not targeted. This article attempts to start from the analysis of the characteristics of China’s consumer culture to explore the adjustment of China’s consumer policy.
