目的了解某县基层预防接种单位人力资源状况。方法采用分阶段抽样的方法抽取14个乡,然后在不同的接种形式中抽取村级接种单位,对预防接种相关人员进行问卷调查。结果共调查128人,男女比例为2.6:1,其中村级预防接种人员102人,占79.7%,乡级预防接种人员26人,占20.3%,总兼职率为81.3%,无预防接种资格人员占21.9%,高中、中专及以下学历构成比最高,占75.8%,有相关医学背景的占89.8%,工作年限以5~9年最多,年龄以40~49岁组的人数最多,占34.4%。结论某县预防接种人员配置不足、不合理,应加快补充相应的人力。
Objective To understand the status of human resources in grass-roots vaccination units in a county. Methods A total of 14 townships were sampled by a phased sampling method. Village-level vaccination units were selected from different forms of vaccination, and questionnaires were conducted among those vaccinated persons. Results A total of 128 people were surveyed, with a male-to-female ratio of 2.6: 1. There were 102 village vaccination personnel (79.7%) and township vaccination personnel (26%), accounting for 20.3% of the total. The total part-time employment rate was 81.3% Accounting for 21.9%, high school, secondary and below the highest academic constitution, accounting for 75.8%, 89.8% with relevant medical background, working years to 5-9 years the most, the age group 40-49 years old the largest number, accounting for 34.4 %. Conclusion Inadequate allocation of vaccination staff in a county is unreasonable and the corresponding manpower should be expedited.
