为提高人口素质,对于小儿智能发育的研究,引起了国内外学者的关注。目前国内多以学龄期儿童或大年龄儿童为研究对象,而且由于使用的量表不同,所测量的结果也有所差异。我们应用范氏的CDCC量表对新疆哈密市郊区农村0~3岁汉族儿童进行了智能测量,并观察了小儿营养性缺铁性贫血对智能发育的影响。结果报告如下: 对象及方法一、对象以郊区农村0~3岁汉族儿童为测量对象,经全面体格检查无低出生体重及急性疾病和精神、神经疾患者。经铁营养指标检测将被受试者分为小儿贫血组及对照组,采用双盲法测定智能发育状况。 1.Hb<105g/L并伴有缺铁者为IDA
In order to improve the quality of the population, the research on the intellectual development of children has aroused the concern of domestic and foreign scholars. At present, most of them are school-age children or older children, and the measured results are also different due to the different scales used. We use Fan’s CDCC scale in the suburbs of Hami City in rural areas of 0 to 3-year-old Han children were measured intelligently, and observed the nutritional deficiencies of children with iron deficiency anemia on the intellectual development.
