CDCC量表在新疆汉族儿童贫血调查中的价值

为提高人口素质,对于小儿智能发育的研究,引起了国内外学者的关注。目前国内多以学龄期儿童或大年龄儿童为研究对象,而且由于使用的量表不同,所测量的结果也有所差异。我们应用范氏的CDCC量表对新疆哈密市郊区农村0~3岁汉族儿童进行了智能测量,并观察了小儿营养性缺铁性贫血对智能发育的影响。结果报告如下: 对象及方法一、对象以郊区农村0~3岁汉族儿童为测量对象,经全面体格检查无低出生体重及急性疾病和精神、神经疾患者。经铁营养指标检测将被受试者分为小儿贫血组及对照组,采用双盲法测定智能发育状况。 1.Hb<105g/L并伴有缺铁者为IDA In order to improve the quality of the population, the research on the intellectual development of children has aroused the concern of domestic and foreign scholars.
