关于矿渣或石灰石粉作为水泥的主要成分对聚羧酸超塑化剂性能的影响,本文对含相同熟料和硫酸盐成分的水泥作了研究。研究方法包括孔溶液分析、Zeta电位测量和稠度测试。水泥中熟料的比例不同,孔溶液的成分、水泥浆体的Zeta电位和PCE的有效电荷差异很大,这导致PCE的吸附行为和塑化效果发生改变。因此,PCE特有的塑化作用将随水泥中熟料比例的减少而减弱。
With regard to the influence of slag or limestone powder as the main component of cement on the properties of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, cement containing the same clinker and sulfate components has been studied in this paper. Research methods include pore solution analysis, Zeta potential measurement and consistency testing. The proportions of clinker in cement are different. The composition of pore solution, the Zeta potential of cement paste and the effective charge of PCE vary greatly, which leads to the change of adsorption behavior and plasticizing effect of PCE. As a result, the PCE-specific plasticization will diminish as the proportion of clinker in the cement decreases.
