一、序言在矽酸盐分析中,镁的测定通常用磷酸盐法。先将镁沉淀为磷酸镁铵,然后再灼热成焦磷酸镁而称其重量。这种方法的缺点是必须在除去一切干扰元素以后的滤液中进行沉淀,同时由于磷酸镁铵易维持过饱和状态,必须在沉淀后静置过夜。这们既需要较繁杂的手续,又耗费大量的时间,不能及时地提出试验结果,因此不能满足工作上的要求。为此,我们曾经对几种快速分析法(如氢氧化钡法,苛性钠法及二氧化碳换算法等)进行了试验,但由于它们的误差过大,不易掌握,所以均未成功。最后进行了用达旦黄比色测定镁的试验。
