目的 确定对比剂(CM)碘克沙醇是否改变外髓直血管降支(DVR)的血管反应及DVR独立微灌注时一氧化氮(NO)的产生。方法 动物处理符合机构动物保护委员会所有涉及的政策。单独DVR标本自大鼠中分离,用含有碘克沙醇的缓冲液灌注。
Objective To determine if contrast agent (CM) iodixanol changes the vascular response of the medullary descending coronary arteries (DVRs) and the production of nitric oxide (NO) during DVR independent microperfusion. Methods Animal handling is in line with all the policies of the Institutional Animal Protection Committee. Individual DVR specimens were isolated from rats and perfused with a buffer containing iodixanol.
