荆门分公司55kt/aMTBE装置实际运行能耗高于设计能耗,结合装置实际生产对用能情况进行分析,通过系统及装置操作优化后,装置转化率升高、MTBE产量增加;针对1.0MPa蒸汽消耗这个影响装置能耗最主要的因素,通过降低催化蒸馏塔和甲醇回收塔压力、降低回流比,使塔底重沸器蒸汽消耗明显降低、装置能耗下降。提出了装置下一步优化节能的建议,对实施装置间低温热联合、用延迟焦化装置低温柴油热源取代MTBE装置催化蒸馏塔重沸器加热蒸汽从而降低催化蒸馏塔蒸汽消耗进行了简单核算。
