本文提出了能够模拟重力分级机稳态分级性能的计算方法。模型建立时采用了分级面积法,同时利用修正后的斯托克斯定律预报修正分离粘度d_(50c)。试验结果表明分离精度与d_(50c)有关。矿浆粘度是参考生产厂商提供的有关设计数据而选定的。该模型与工业分级机的实际数据吻合良好,其中的标准参数可使模型经调整后适合各种实际情况。
This paper presents a method that can simulate the grading performance of gravity graders. The model was established using the grading area method, while using the corrected Stokes’ law prediction to correct the separation viscosity d_ (50c). Experimental results show that the separation accuracy and d_ (50c) related. Slurry viscosity is determined by reference to the design data provided by the manufacturer. The model is in good agreement with the actual data from the industrial classifier, where the standard parameters allow the model to be adapted to suit a variety of real situations.
