西岗区香炉礁街道香荣社区党委抓住青年社工文化程度高、思维敏捷、可塑性强的特点,结合社区实际情况,坚持分层次培养、分重点培训、分骨干帮带,引导青年社工积极加入党组织。几年来,4名青年社工光荣地加入党组织,去年3名青年社工向组织递交了入党申请,为基层党组织注入了新鲜活力。坚持分层次培养。根据青年社工成熟程度,把他们分为一般培养对象、重点培养对象、近期发展对象,分层次分梯次培养。对在群众工作方面有创新精神、取得一定成果,具有良好的为人民服务意识,思想上积极向党组织靠拢的社工,及时纳入到组织视野,重点培养。
