网络民意是指通过互联网的各种渠道,比如BBS论坛、文章跟帖、网络投票、空间评论等表现出来的虚拟世界里大部分成员对公共事件或社会现象所持有的意见的总称。简言之,网络民意就是通过网络这一形式表现出来的民意,它是民意在信息时代的一种新的表现形式。现阶段,要研究我国的网络民意表达问题,首先需要充分了解在转型社会公民对表达途径的选择、网络民意表达呈现的特征及其局限性。
Internet public opinion refers to the general opinion of most members in the virtual world represented by public events or social phenomena through various channels of the Internet, such as BBS forum, article thread, online voting and space comment. In short, cyberpublication is the expression of public opinion through the Internet, a new manifestation of public opinion in the information age. At this stage, in order to study the problem of network public opinion expression in our country, we must first fully understand the characteristics and limitations of citizens’ choice of expression in transitional society and the expression of internet public opinion.
