本实验通过内皮细胞培养,研究穿心莲黄酮对内皮细胞分泌功能的作用,结果表明:1.终浓度为660μg/ml的黄酮可明显降低ACE、ET的生成,生成量与黄酮剂量有一定相关关系;黄酮可增加tPA的生成,对PAI、PGI_2则无明显作用。2.低浓度的黄酮对PGI_2、ACE、ET、tPA、PAI均无明显作用。提示:穿心莲黄酮具有一定的舒张血管、促进纤溶等作用,其机制为保护内皮细胞并影响ACE、ET、tPA的生成有关。
In this experiment, endothelial cells were used to study the effects of Andrographis paniculata flavonoids on the secretion of endothelial cells. The results showed that: 1. The final concentration of flavonoids at 660μg/ml can significantly reduce the production of ACE and ET, and the amount of flavonoids has a certain correlation with flavonoid dose; Flavonoids increase the production of tPA, but have no significant effect on PAI and PGI2. 2. Low concentrations of flavonoids had no significant effect on PGI2, ACE, ET, tPA, PAI. It is suggested that flavonoids of Andrographis panniculata have some functions such as relaxing blood vessels and promoting fibrinolysis, and the mechanism is related to protecting endothelial cells and affecting the production of ACE, ET and tPA.
