职业素养是从业者在职业过程中表现出来的综合品质,高职院校学生职业素养是学生综合素质的表现。礼仪教育能够培养高职院校学生的综合素质,提高他们的人际处理能力与适应社会的综合能力,适应社会对毕业学生较高的综合素质要求。与其他高职专业教育相比,礼仪教育并非单纯的知识教育,它具有鲜明的实践性和应用性特点。
Professional accomplishment is the overall quality of practitioners in the professional process, vocational accomplishment of students in vocational colleges is the performance of the overall quality of students. Etiquette education can cultivate the overall quality of students in higher vocational colleges, improve their interpersonal skills and adapt to the comprehensive ability of society, to adapt to the community’s higher overall quality requirements for graduating students. Compared with other vocational education, etiquette education is not purely knowledge education, it has distinct practicality and applicability.
