一、问题的提出 Cr12MoV是典型的冷作模具钢,由于它具有高硬度、高耐磨性及空冷淬硬微变形性等优点,应用较广泛。兵器工业应用冷作模具较多,特别是在生产形状复杂、批量较大的零件时,冷作模具的工作条件更苛刻,应用Cr12MoV钢的量就更大。然而在冲制较软材料(如有色金属及其合金)时,却发生了用典型热处理工艺制造的Cr12MnV模具寿命极低、满足不了生产要求的情况。我厂冲制某产品零件的复合模具——凸凹模,就出现了一套模具只能冲几千件,最多到五万件的情况,从而提高此类模具的寿命,就成为亟待解决的问题。
