35例粮尿病Ⅱ型患者 T 细胞亚群分析用 CD_3、CD_4、CD_8等单克隆抗体进行间接免疫荧光法测定,结果示 CD~+_3、CD细胞明显下降。CD细胞多数病例增高,故 CD~+_4/CD~+_8比值明显下降,提示非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病患者存在细胞免疫功能紊乱。
Analysis of T cell subsets in 35 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus using indirect immunofluorescence assay with monoclonal antibodies such as CD_3, CD_4 and CD_8 showed that CD ~ + _3 and CD cells were significantly decreased. The majority of CD cells increased, so the CD ~ + _4 / CD ~ + _8 ratio decreased significantly, suggesting that non-insulin-dependent diabetes patients with cellular immune dysfunction.
