端粒酶是一种特殊的核糖核蛋白 ,属于逆转录酶 ,以自身的RNA模板合成染色体末端的端粒重复序列 ,对细胞增殖、衰老、永生化和癌变起重要作用。目前端粒酶的检测方法有 :①基本方法。②TRAP法。③半定量TRAP法。④TRAP 银染法。⑤接近闪烁分析法。⑥ELISA法。⑦原位TRAP法。⑧原位杂交法。⑨免疫组织化学法。⑩端粒酶活性原位检测法。端粒酶与恶性肿瘤密切相关。端粒酶活性检测方法的不断发展为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供了新途径。
Telomerase is a special type of ribonucleoprotein, which belongs to reverse transcriptase. It uses its own RNA template to synthesize telomeric repeat sequences at the end of chromosomes and plays an important role in cell proliferation, aging, immortalization and carcinogenesis. The current detection of telomerase methods are: ① basic methods. ② TRAP method. ③ semi-quantitative TRAP method. ④ TRAP silver staining. ⑤ close to the flicker analysis. ⑥ ELISA method. ⑦ TRAP method in situ. ⑧ in situ hybridization method. ⑨ immunohistochemistry. ⑩ telomerase activity in situ detection. Telomerase is closely related to malignant tumor. The continuous development of the detection method of telomerase activity provides a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
