在土法生产“五四○六”抗生菌肥的过程中,如掌握不当,常常发生小单孢菌的污染,降低菌肥的质量,甚至使整批产品报废。几年来,我厂通过生产实践,摸索出了一些识别和防止小单孢菌污染“五四○六”菌肥的简易方法。简易鉴别法普通好热性小单孢菌(Micromonospora)同“五四○六”抗生菌(Act.microflavus)都属于放线菌科,形态和生理特性有很多共同之处,但也有明显区别,可用肉眼和镜检鉴别。 (一)肉眼的鉴别(表1、图1)
