目的探讨闭孔神经16层螺旋 CT 多平面重建同层显示的影像学特点及临床价值。方法选取60例闭孔神经正常成人志愿者,31例闭孔神经病变者。使用美国 GE 公司制造的 Lightspeed 16层螺旋 CT 对腰椎进行扫描,在工作站 ADW4.1,利用 UNIX 系统 DICOM 格式对闭孔神经进行多平面重建,取其同层显示层面,观察其影像学解剖特点并分析其病变者的主要异常表现。结果16层螺旋 CT 在斜冠状面及斜矢状外旋切面可同层显示闭孔神经起点至骨盆闭孔处的整体形态、粗细、走行方向、长度、毗邻关系及张力状态;而病变者同样可理想地显示其异常的基本表现。结论16层螺旋 CT 多平面重建可理想地同层显示闭孔神经的起点至骨盆闭孔处的解剖学特点及疾病下的基本表现。它对临床闭孔神经有关疾病的诊断及治疗具有极重要的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the imaging features and clinical value of the same layer of 16-slice spiral CT in obturator nerve. Methods Sixty adult volunteers with normal obturator nerves and 31 patients with obturator neuropathy were selected. The lumbar vertebrae were scanned with Lightspeed 16-slice spiral CT made by GE Company. The ADG4.1 workstation was used to reconstruct the obturator nerve by using the DICOM format of UNIX system. Analysis of the main abnormalities in patients with lesions. Results The 16-slice spiral CT showed the overall shape, thickness, direction of travel, length, adjacent relationship and tension status at the same level in the oblique coronal plane and oblique sagittal plane. The lesions were the same It can be ideal to show the basic performance of its anomaly. Conclusion The 16-slice spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction can ideally display the anatomical features of the obturator nerve and the obturator perforation at the same level and the basic manifestation under the disease. It has extremely important application value in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical obturator nerve-related diseases.
