交通运输行政审批作为我国行政审批制度的重要组成部分,具有特定的制度价值。然而,当前因为各方面的原因,我国交通运输在行政审批方面问题和风险突出。本文从对交通运输行政审批的一些基础性认识入手,针对该领域的问题和风险,从制度上、机制上以及队伍建设、具体举措等层面提出了完善建议。
As an important part of China’s administrative examination and approval system, administrative examination and approval of transportation has its own specific system value. However, due to various reasons at present, the problems and risks in the field of administrative examination and approval of China’s transportation are outstanding. This article starts with some basic understandings of the administrative examination and approval of transportation and proposes some suggestions for the problems and risks in this field from the aspects of system, mechanism, team building and concrete measures.
