吉林化纤股份有限公司于1993年改制而成,其前身吉林化纤厂,是60年代建成的年产3400吨的中型化纤企业。经过多年来的改造扩建,到1995年10月,化纤生产能力达4.5万吨,粘胶短纤维生产能力居全国同行业第一位。近年来,我们不断深化企业改革,积极探索建立现代企业之路。
Jilin Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. was restructured in 1993. Its predecessor, Jilin Chemical Fiber Plant, was a medium-sized chemical fiber enterprise with an annual output of 3,400 tons built in the 1960s. After years of transformation and expansion, by October 1995, the chemical fiber production capacity reached 45,000 tons, and viscose staple fiber production capacity ranked first in the industry in the country. In recent years, we have continuously deepened corporate reforms and actively explored the path to establishing a modern enterprise.
