2009年10月30日下午,上海市环境科学研究院在华夏宾馆隆重召开纪念建院30周年庆祝大会。上海市环保局局长张全、局巡视员陈明剑,以及局机关处室负责人、局属单位主要领导出席了庆祝大会。市环科院院长、党委副书记夏德祥,党委书记、副院长唐正飞,副院长黄沈发,副院长、总工程师林卫青,党委副书记、纪委书记蒋长敏,以及市环科院全体职工参加了庆祝大会。
On the afternoon of October 30, 2009, Shanghai Academy of Environmental Sciences held a grand celebration ceremony for the 30th anniversary of the founding of a Chinese Academy of Sciences in Huaxia Hotel.
