近年来包钢生产的硅铁封顶钢锭,开坯时出现大量“气囊”废品(即头部夹渣缺陷)。为探讨改进沸腾钢质量,提高成坯率的途径,进行了液态铝封顶的试验。试验结果表明: 1.沸腾钢锭采用液铝封顶取代硅铁封顶可消除钢中大型条状硅酸盐夹杂物,并减少钢锭头部增硅造成的钢材机械性能的差异。液铝封顶低倍组织优于硅铁封顶钢,中心偏析轻微。
In recent years, Baosteel ferrosilicon roofing ingots, a large number of “bladders” blanks (ie, head slag defects). In order to discuss the ways to improve the quality of boiling steel and improve the billet formation rate, the experiment of liquid aluminum capping was carried out. The test results show that: 1. Boiling ingot using liquid aluminum cap instead of ferrosilicon cap to eliminate large inclusions in the strip of silicate steel and reduce the head of the ingot caused by the increase of silicon mechanical properties of the difference. Liquid aluminum captive microstructure is better than ferrosilicon captive steel, the center of minor segregation.
