目的：观察６５４ － ２ 生大黄联合应用对慢性肾功能衰竭（ｃｈｒｏｎｉｃ ｒｅｎａｌｆａｉｌｕｒｅ ，ＣＲＦ） 的疗效。方法：对３０ 例ＣＲＦ 患者在常规治疗的基础上，给予６５４ － ２ 静脉滴注，生大黄冲服联合应用，与未用６５４ － ２ 生大黄而仅用常规治疗的ＣＲＦ 患者对照，比较两组治疗前后的肾功能改善情况。结果：联合应用６５４ － ２ 生大黄的ＣＲＦ 患者肾功能改善优于对照组。结论：６５４－ ２ 生大黄联合应用对ＣＲＦ 有一定疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of 654 - 2 combined rhubarb on chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: Thirty CRF patients were given routine intravenous infusion of 654-2 intravenous drip and rhubarb, and the control group was compared with the CRF patients without routine treatment of 654 - 2 rhubarb. Before and after the improvement of renal function. Results: Renal function improvement was better in CRF patients with rhinitis of 654 - 2 than in control group. Conclusion: The combined application of rhubarb 654-2 has a certain effect on CRF.
